Certainly not your typical before and after picture because our 'after' shows our equipment working to dry out the structure from water damage. In this home, the source of the water invasion was determined to come from a slab leak. Our first and main concern is always your safety ans that of your family's. So when a small amount of mold was discovered behind the sink, our suggested removal was approved by their insurance to remove drywall and baseboard from that area. Once fully dry and all the repairs are made, we will return this bath to its pre-flooded condition "Like it never even happened."
